23 November to 21 December

In Greek mythology, Sagittarius is identified as a centaur, pointing his arrow towards the star Antares, the 'heart of the scorpion'. The constellation is in a region of the Milky Way that contains many stars, star clusters, and nebulae. It is also near the center of the galaxy.
